Cancellation & Refund Rules

Cancellation will be acted upon only when the ticket is actually surrendered at our office fro cancellation expect in the case of a passenger residing outside Kolkata, who may cancel his / her booking by letter  or telegram but not by telephone. In such cases the ticket shall have to be returned without which refund cannot be made.

Time for calculating cancellation charges shall be the time when the ticket, letter or telegram is received by the office.

Cancellation charges will be calculated and deducted from the total value of the ticket as per following chart.

120 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers only 5% p/hd of package amount

80 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 05% p/hd of package amount

50 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 10% p/hd of package amount

40 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 20% p/hd of package amount

30 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 25% p/hd of package amount

20 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 40% p/hd of package amount

10 days before 1st and 2nd class passengers Rs. 700 – 500/- + 60% p/hd of package amount

** NO REFUND IS CANCELLATION IS MADE WITHIN SEVENTY TWO HOURS**

No refund will be allowed if a ticket is cancelled within 72 hours of the schedule time of departure or thereafter. No refund in fare will be allowed fro the untravelled portion of the tour either for sickness or otherwise. In such cases, the passenger shall make his/her own arrangement for return journey.

The amount deposited will be refunded in full, should the tour be cancelled by the company, except in the case of cancellation of the tour owing to natural calamities, strike/bandh or any other undesirable and unprecedented circumstances when the passengers / passengers shall have to pay compensation to the company @ 10% of the ticket value.

The company reserves its rights to delete, charge or modify the rule as and when necessary.
